hi,
i'm just wondering where my mum stands, she bought a tv from ebuyer last feb 09 just before she went back to spain for the summer. when she came back at the end of the summer oct/nov it developed a fault & was sent back & supposedly repaired.
she went over to spain again this summer & came back early & has only been using the tv for a week or 2 & it has developed the same fault. (screen going white).
she's in reality herdly had any use of the tv without fault.
as it is now out of the 1 year warranty but has the same fault as before.
has she any rights if they refuse to exchange or refund/credit her.
thanks

What brand is it? - A lot of Monitors/ TVs have 3 yr warranties from the manufacturer0

The number of times she's used it will not affect the warranty position. Did they offer a further 12m period following the repair maybe? No free lunch, and no free laptop
