thinking of getting sky multiroom,i understand i have to pay an extra £10 pounds a month,i was wanting to get three extra boxes,so do i have to pay for these and is it £10 extra a month per box? can we all watch different channels? any help in this would be most appreciated

Yes it will be £10 per box so in your case £30 a month extra but you will be able to watch different channels in each room at the same time. Personally I wouldn't bother having so many multirooms.0
