Ordered my sofa from SCS 10 weeks ago, It arrived on Thurs, Thurs afternoon noticed one of the recline seats on the sofa was not working, called the store who said they would send a manager out the next day, Manager arrived and agreed it was faulty, said I would get a call the next day to see what we wanted to do. Goods must be of "satisfactory quality" and "free from minor defects", looks like your sofa does not fit this description and as such you can reject the sofa and get a full refund.
