I phoned up CS for a friend yesterday and was given three names by the CS rep for the people who were dealing with this:

Joanne Leith
Kevin Kelly
Leslie Mcrae

She told me the names, but said they would not be in on Monday.


So, there's your answer. You can ask by name because a CS told you on Saturday that you'd need to speak to one of those three people, as they were dealing with this issue. Say that you were told it is a known issue.

I've tried Lakeside a couple of times - If the R&R is over £10 the CS staff call a manager.

The two managers I've spoken to were obnoxious people, but I just stayed calm, pointed out the policy on the big blue board and eventually they gave in.

They are fairly difficult to take to the scanners for price checking though

Would it not be a good idea if all posters on this thread who visited a Tesco's branch state which Tesco they actually went to. Also, I have just noticed this thread and as it is really long, I would like to know from when the misprice for the Xbox was and would they have taken all the posters down by now???
