NO, just a letter from Janis Crook at CSA Complaints stating that the assessments were in their opinion 'correct' :mad: But that was just before Tribunal, we got one from Dave at CSA DP Unit saying there 'was nothing further he could do' when he lost all of our bank statements which proved income was not how CSA had used it, a sorry will just not wash for the stress they caused us as a family

In process of picking at each issue we have with them one at a time, so that each individual grievance is worthy of an apology and financial redress. ICO also advised us to proceed to Small Claims Court for numerous breaches in DP L aw in our case, so will try and see how far this goes, CSA admitted all of breaches apart from the last 2 which are still being investigated by them - apparently

Have as much chance of apology from CSA as we do from PWC - me thinks Hell and freezing over may happen first :eek:

There is a waste of oxygen. The two officers that instigated my mess was thoroughly look into and they could see no fault (as per first level complaints) Told me she would add on housing costs that the agency knew about then declined because i never turned up for an interview.(daft fu**ers at CSA never turned up ) that was a 100 mile round trip wasted even though their main office is 8 miles away.

I want to watch each and every one of them squirm but thats no going to happen. They all look after their own in there
