I am fuming but I am happy at the same time. The csa want to put things right but the tribunal have the overall say0 -

Hi, no when we received documentation for Tribunal hearing there were more than a few letters from PWC, demanding CSA force sale of our home, she even stated on more than one occasion that she would like her 34k arrears 'that are due to her' asap.
Nice................especially as there are 2 children in our household, who she wanted to make homeless, and also, as the Tribunal outcome showed, the arrears were a miscalculation by CSA all along.
Thats my point not good that they telling PWC that she is owed all of this money when the assessment is totally incorrect - then so are the arrears stated0 -

Yes
It appears that the CSA disclose a lot of things to the PWC and only when an instance of a tribunal crops up are the NRP's party to that information. It is a pity that you can't get a full disclosure on your data protection files. I have to make a fully apology in writing to the PWC because i stated she was driven by greed and malice .
Sorry it is clearly documented that she wanted my income investigated and about the same time my wife was due to give birth.
She is now putting a claim into the CSA about this!
Good luck to her they can cite me as a witness if they want !0 -
Why do you have to apologise to her? Does she have evidence that its not true? Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

I only got that information recently as part of my tribunal papers. She had put in evidence to the the tribunal that was irrelevant that i wasn't to see and then eventually disclosed it trying to discredit me. She is going to forward this onto her lawyer for me to make a public apology which of course i will look forward to as she and her lawyer will be told to get off on one.
I wait in anticipation of the lawyers letter arriving through the door my (o):rotfl:0 -
I can't see any solicitor writing any such letter, frankly. You were having a "private" conversation and offering your personal opinion? Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

I don't give a toot what she says
It is clearly stated in my appeals papers and i would openly say it in front of anyone. I'm not telling lies or untruths it is clearly documented. Let her pick a fight with the CSA :rotfl:0 -
Ridiculous!!!
Total waste of resources, time and money, this is not a school playground, where teacher tells little Jonny he must say sorry to little Billy, this is meant to be 'grown ups' looking out for the best interests of their offspring.
I'm sure a solicitor can ask you to write an apology, but it really is a joke, will PWC apologise for causing huge stress by having you investigated as your wife was about to give birth? I think not!
Same as our PWC wasn't interested CSA rang my husband on Christmas Eve, as we were dressing the Christmas Tree with our children, it was of course CSA Enforcement, getting nasty with my hubs as we hadn't managed to raise the 34k in 'alleged arrears', they told us to, or they would take things further - ie the usual LO, CCJ and charge on house!! Sure any human being with an ounce of sympathy in their body would have waited until the Christmas break was over before making such a phone call - but hey, our PWC wanted this pursued, despite the fact the money was never owed in the first place, so the call came Christmas Eve, we cried most of that Christmas, and tried a brave face for the children's sakes. It's just unforgiveable0 -

Now what do you think???????????????????????????????
NO, just a letter from Janis Crook at CSA Complaints stating that the assessments were in their opinion 'correct' But that was just before Tribunal, we got one from Dave at CSA DP Unit saying there 'was nothing further he could do' when he lost all of our bank statements which proved income was not how CSA had used it, a sorry will just not wash for the stress they caused us as a family
In process of picking at each issue we have with them one at a time, so that each individual grievance is worthy of an apology and financial redress. ICO also advised us to proceed to Small Claims Court for numerous breaches in DP L aw in our case, so will try and see how far this goes, CSA admitted all of breaches apart from the last 2 which are still being investigated by them - apparently
Have as much chance of apology from CSA as we do from PWC - me thinks Hell and freezing over may happen first :eek:0
