Last Sept i got free HD Sky + box, it was 1 TB. having siad that it was rubissh. Every time it lost sgnal because it was raining in iceland or such like, it would fail to pick up tv for 12 hours.
Canceled last week, now with Virgin, 6 days in and no drama thus far, hurrah.
Virgin currently offer 2 months freee and £30 each for a recommend a friend, so almost 3 months free from 12, double woo hoo.Marry a Foreigner, its so much cheaper!0 -
Is cancelling a painful process?Savvy_Spender_South wrote: »Last Sept i got free HD Sky + box, it was 1 TB. having siad that it was rubissh. Every time it lost sgnal because it was raining in iceland or such like, it would fail to pick up tv for 12 hours.

There are no boxes fitted with 1Tb HDD from Sky, they are either 500Gb (250GB available for user) and 1.5Tb (1Tb available to user) although both are usually referred to by the user available space. The 500 Gb is the standard and the 1.5Tb is an extra cost option.0

I thought that was only if you purchased the box with no sky package.0 -
