Looks like a mystery shopping payment has come through now too. But again still pending so I can't confirm it and add it, if so its another £5 to add - so far then at least £12.50 pending.

  • Quiet few days for me but I did bake a batch of flapjacks yesterday - cost me around 50p to make enough for 20 and this will replace my usual daily muesli bar that I buy at work for breakfast. These usually cost me 45p each so I've saved £8.50 there - if I can keep the kids off them!

Mine are much nicer than the bought ones too, even if I do say so myself! Here's a tip if you have a sweet tooth like I do, add a tablespoon of golden syrup to the mix to make then flapjacks a little bit moist and extra sweet - yummy!

I've done a couple of mystery shopping jobs too but I'm going to count that when I actuall get paid or I might get confused and count it twice!

  • Filled up with fuel on my way home and used my Morrisons 5p off a litre to save £2.90 - almost had a nasty moment when they asked for the till receipt to prove I'd earned the voucher but luckily I'd kept it in my wallet!

    :)

I made another £14.80 on MS jobs today. Had to eat a yucky burger meal for lunch as part of it too so I had a free lunch as well...and I got some free diesel :) Not too bad. I will spend tonight listing on eb@yeeeeee x That makes it £225.63 made so far for september.
I made loads of savings on groceries at mr T and in deals at the local post office...however I am not adding savings made this month...just hard cash earned. That way I can see it all in my ISA (VSP) doing good :T

A little lean for me. But can say I saved 3.50 for lunch and sold an Amazon book for 1.81. Plan to do a MS shop tomorrow and make a note to myself to sort out Ebay stuff this weekend.

I received my HIP grant today, which is the one-off payment of £190 for well being pregnant really and past 25 weeks. I wasn't going to add it but it's extra income and whilst I didn't go out and earn it as such, I'm paying for it daily with aches and pains lol so its going on the sig! :p

Definately count that! Pregnancy can be extremely hard work at times so I would say you have earned it!!! :D
