Cheap BT Openzone access
A friend has just moved into a flat in which there is currently no phone line. She doesn't want to pay to have a line installed but would like internet access.
Her laptop's wifi indicates there is a BT Openzone point nearby giving quite a strong signal. Can anyong suggest what would be the cheapest way to use this service? I know some O2 contracts + PAYG sims include wifi access. Her current mobile phone has an O2 PAYG sim which doesn't include wifi.
Any ideas much appreciated.

If she gets an O2 mobile broadband modem, it includes wifi.
