    Just checked my Orange bill on-line, maybe yours is working now OP?

  • I have had billing issues with Orange (but this was fixed pretty quickly)

    The procedure is to put the bill in dispute- it is important you pay your usual costs (via an Orange shop or online banking) then cancel the direct debit if required. If it is too late to cancel the process they advised me to cancel the DD and reinstate it afterwards.

    Make sure you get through to a UK call centre- the Indian ones will actually transfer you if you request now, as opposed to point blank refusing and requesting you call back and hope for the best
