When buying instore, you do not qualify for any sort of points (normal or bonus) if paying with points from your Advantage card. This is in the T&Cs from the Advantage Card part of Boots.com

can someone tell me how you actually get to contact CS? I was on the phone last week half an hour before they closed and was on hold for 20 mins then i gave up! I called the next day and same thing so sent an e mail which wasnt replied to and not even a call from the call back facility!!!
