Has anyone had confirmation of delivery yet for orders placed 24 sep for delivery tomorrow? normally i get the confirmation of despatch at least the day before but my order is still showing as processing

I DIDN'T GET ANY CONFIRMATION LIKE I NORMALLY DO BUT MINE CAME TODAY - JUST HAVE TO AWAIT MY 5950 POINTS IN A FEW DAYS!!!

My order arrived today, but half of the items were broken and they spill everywhere. I don't know what to do. I have spoken to them and they say to see what is broken, but I think is also the problem of the other items are now covered in product and they will not look new. Any ideas... I don't want to lose all my points!

I also had this problem. First time it's happened to be honest. They haven't replied yet but I'm sure they will come good.

I was told no eye smudges could be sent to me as they ran out ( someone beat me to them) but I could keep any promotional points which I thought was very nice of them.I only got the body milk so still happy.

I had a similar problem with a bottle of bodywash spillng over my entire order. I said I wasn't too bothered about one of the bodywashes being empty, but that as there were a couple of gifts in the order which had got covered, I didn't feel that I could give them out as presents. Boots were excellent and sent replacements where possible. They also refunded the money for the bodywashes (£10.70 in total) and let me keep all of my points.

wanna-b-rich. As with you I want to use some of the stuff for presents and as they are covered with product it will be better for them to return them. What I don't want is to wait for some of the bottles and to have the problem of broken items again. so I don't mind not to keep them... but I had made loads of points and I will be loosing most of them if I have a refund as they had 750, 1000 adn also the 200 and 300 points. So don't know
