I too did the order with the 750 free points and spent 85.00 and got 6120, they didnt get added on...........so rung customer service, they sent them out yesterday but were stunned that i had accumalated soooo many points, and said they were looking into it:o

Just been on to c.s and there was a problem/delay with the system when these orders were placed/delivered and the monies were taken out our accounts later than they should have been and the points are added to our accounts 5 days after payment is recieved so in theory monies were taken from my account on the 2nd and points should be available be either the 7th or tuesday depending on the weekend. I do remember not getting the dispatch email from boots it came in the evening of the day the order was delivered so it makes sense.

so am not just the only one:o i called c,s yesterday and they told me they would have to look into the matter and phone me back today (still no call )

Not checked to see if I got my points yet..... however I have not got any cash back from quidco yet, have asked them to look in to it..... has everyone else got their cashback?

I hadn't received my points and they weren't even showing in points pending. So i rang CS and was told there was a problem with everyone points getting added to their account and it should be sorted within 7 days. If they are still not showing to ring back and they will add them manually.

I phoned up to ask about my missing points and I was told that there was a problem with adding the points automatically a week or so ago. She said that they would not be done automatically now and they are waiting for people to phone in and get to get them added manually.

They didn't mention anything about a system problem - tried to say initially that I must have a new card and the points had gone to an old one :rolleyes:


Also had to chase a refund for a missing item - they had to think about it for a while (was the free part of a 3for2, but their terms clearly state that if that happens they'll refund one of the other items) but that is now on its' way too

I rang up last week, as the 5764 points hadn't made an appearance and weren't indicated as 'pending' online. So, after asking lots of questions about how I had accumulated so many points (!), she added them manually. I was happy with that and a couple of days later they were collected at my local store.

So, imagine my surprise yesterday when I went to the Advantage Card machine in my local store to check out the offers and the 5764 points got added for a second time!

Watch out everyone, think there may just be some duplications of issuing points here...I feel quite guilty actually!

Can someone confirm for me that you don't get the 1000 bonus point on £50 spend unless your paying cash (as opposed to points spend)
