And you can even get extra £6.50 if you are a member of Rpoints or Linemypocket.

    I second that. I called their freecall number earlier to query about a deal that they have on offer and the when it connected to the operator, the person didn't sound professional, the connection was poor and I could hear public chatter in the background. And before I could finish my question the line dropped out. I tried again twice and kept getting disconnecting before hearing any voice. Stay away.

    I admit that there could be many reasons to stay away from OSPS :( . However, I called them a few times (Internet sales team and Aftersales line) without any problems. My friend also called and got full information on the deal from an adviser :) .

    They moved office a week ago, which prompted a panic response with one of our colleagues here that they had gone bust. When I rang, the fire alarms were going, lights flashing, the phone went dead ... If you want to complain of unprofessionalism, perhaps you mean their builders ...
