Hi, firstly I should say I am not a bro, I am female!

I have looked at your thread on pepipoo (OP's username over there is 'mysterio' for anyone browsing on pepipoo) and I see that they have also asked you for the other pages & missing bits on those PCNs.

You've said you can't post more pics on there due to bandwidth but most posters put 5 or 10 pics on their threads (not as thumbnails though, posted in full as pics directly on the reply).

Read the pepipoo guidance on how to post pics and show them what they need please:

You may find you are now able to post more pics on a reply to your own thread now that people have added to your thread. Don't try to add more to the first post, add them as a reply on pepipoo and ask for any help with appeal wording.

I am sure thay can help you with this if you read the FAQs about posting pics and put some more pics up.

Regarding ticket number CG9228814A
It is with great confusion that i am sending this letter regarding two parking tickets sent to me within half an hour of each other. The confusion being why i was issued these tickets, as far as i am concerned i was parking perfectly legally(ticket number cg9228814a), yes there was a sign saying pedestrian zone and i made a conscious decision to park before what i thought was a pedestrian zone(the pedestrian zone sign). I also checked for double yellows and found there wasn’t any at the place where i was parked so naturally i presumed i was legally parked. In addition to these facts all the time my car was parked there, i never left the driving seat as i was waiting for the wife, so i feel that being issued this ticket was unjustified and would like to see more evidence of me being parked illegally. After receiving the tickets i went back to check the signs and found that the signs were not clearly visible, i made notes of signs not visible which are as follows,
1. Approaching the restricted zone from Ripple Road, the first sign you see advises that you have priority over oncoming vehicles. This is enough to put you in the frame of mind that it's ok to proceed.
2. The signs giving details of the restricted zone, which are not particularly large, come after the 'priority given' sign, and what's more the one on the left, the driver’s side, is obscured for a while by a lamp post.
3. There is no sign-age on the road surface itself to indicate that one is about to enter a restricted zone.
4. The road layout at this point is such that there is little indication that one must turn off to the right to avoid entering the restricted zone. It just looks like a continuation of the road.



Regarding ticket number CG92288219

Regarding the second ticket, The rule( code 02) states that if i am sat in the vehicle i am allowed two minutes waiting and if i leave the vehicle the pcn is issued immediately. As i was only there for 2 minutes while the wife went in the shop to pick up the vegetables. I feel that this ticket is unreasonable and would appreciate your discretion to re evaluate the issue of these tickets.
