I thought I had used all my vouchers, and when I checked there were 2 from 2009 and one from april this year, that I must have thrown away by accident, so it is not knowing that I had vouchers left to spend, it is the fact I threw them away and didn't realise, so couldn't ask Tesco to reissue.
Maybe the same for others.0 -

Is this defo a genuine area of tesco?
It puts a worrying thought in my head when they are asking for addresses, clubcard number etc when I have already logged into the account?
Am I being too suspicious?:cool:Life is a rollercoaster.....ya just gotta ride it:whistle:0 -
I couldn't log in, but as soon as I entered my wife's name and her card number it worked. Access to the site will only work for the main cardholder, not any associated cards.
Hope this helps someone0 -
OK this is nut's but I just found an old keyring clubcard in my desk draw and using the number I could log in!
I think it was one of the ones from before they sent out new ones ages ago, but when I was able to log in it shows 3 (not 2) clubcard numbers for me - no idea what that's all about (as the 3rd one was put down as Ms myname not Miss myname).
I remember calling them ages ago to "merge" my clubcards but I thought that was the 2nd one I mentioned above not some 3rd clubcard number - no idea where the 3rd clubcard number Ms myname came from!
No unused vouchers on my account, but I didn't expect there to be!
Need to get my mums number and log her in, as she's terrible for losing vouchers and stuff so you never know she might have some extras.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
That maybe why i cant log in either. Years ago i had a different clubcard, dont know why i got a new one though, although i have registered and used my current one for years. May explain why i cant log in.... will have to call 'em tommorrow0
