    Rather snooty woman on customer services must be getting fed up with all the calls from MSE people claiming back what is theirs to claim :)
    Apparently my £38 will be added back as points onto my account and the vouchers will be resent to me in February plus anything else I will have earned by then.
    I contemplated just using them for an online shop but realise my money will be getting tighter and tighter next year so am best to keep them invested for then.

    Just checked my clubcard account and discovered I had a £20 from November 2009 and £10 from December 2009 unspent that I knew nothing about. :j

    Took ages to get through to customer services but at least it's a free 0800 number on BT, and they are going to reissue the £30. Nice one :money:
