Worth noting is that IF you also have a Tesco Credit Card that doubles as a clubcard the number will be different on the Credit Card.

That is the number they used for my details even though my "normal" and more used key fob/large Clubcard are linked - I had to call them to find this out!

Can't speak for anyone else, but personally I was convinced I'd spent all mine... the only thing I can think of is that I thought I'd used them in store but perhaps the SA didn't scan them. As when I checked the voucher uses, out of the 3 that came in that mailing I'd used one to buy rewards and one instore with Christmas shopping. I presume I'd taken the other one for Christmas shopping too but for some reason it didn't go through. That's the only reason I can come up with... but nonetheless, if I hadn't have checked the site, I wouldn't have known I still had £21 owing so I'm glad I did and I'm also glad I've helped other people to track down their forgotten vouchers.
  • Thank you for the info. Just checked and found £5 I didn't know I had so will have an extra £10 to spend in store.:j
  • £9 in 'lost' vouchers for me = a London Irish Rugby ticket and part of another one.

    Thanks for the tip!

Does any one know if the number on your key ring card is the same as the number on card? Is that why it says my details don't match.

It usually is, but it doesn't have to be - you may be using an old key ring card, and a newer main card i.e. different no's but still linked together. The only trouble with the key ring cards, because there's no name on it, ensuring it is your card and not someone else's!
'Details don't match' refer to differences to info you are entering compared with what is on the 'system' e.g. address, name (spelling) or Tesco may just have an initial. Ring Clubcard and opt for the 'My Account' option.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

Hotel vouchers used for other things?
I am going to end up with 110 worth of rewards vouchers for hotels, looks like i wont need them now but can i use them for other rewards on the site such as days out etc etc?

Appreciate it will have been asked before but i cant find it!
Yes, anything that isn't a "buy-in-full" reward can be used for anything else that isn't a "buy-in-full" reward.

Hotel tokens can be used for any hotel company in rewards, or for any rewards that aren’t “buy in full”.
