i had this problem, so i phoned c/s and found out that the details they had , had a FULL STOP in my address
thats all that stopped it from logging me on, anyway, was much easier asking c/s staff there and then. logs on fine now though x:)

Thanks, just checked my account and had £10 of vouchers so bought Guess Who! Extra for £9.97, DD1 has been asking for this and have not found cheaper than £16.

Might be worth noting (for those who normally get their vouchers late) that the voucher codes are now published online - no need to actually wait for postal delivery.

Just go into 'My Account' and then 'My vouchers' and the voucher codes are there - you can cut and paste into the actual page where you normally buy the rewards.

Good innovation, and very useful with the December 4x becomes 3x deadline looming.

Just checked mine and apparently I have £60.50 on the way... now wouldn't you think they'd send them as say £20.00, £20.00 and £20.50? Nooo that would be too easy, they have issued £30, £29.50 and £1.00! Meaning that I'm going to have to rethink the way I'm doubling them up now!

Is anyone else having problems seeing their unspent vouchers now?

When I logged in last week there was £35.50 received in past 2yrs, £11.50 spent, and £24.00 unspent.

I used £10 to order a Bella Italia voucher, and £6 to order 2 Cineworld Adult tokens. Therefore I should have £8 in unspent vouchers still showing.

When I logged in at the weekend, it was showing as £2 received in past 2yrs, £2 spent and £0 unspent! I've called CS 3 times now, the woman yesterday wanted me to find all my vouchers and go through the codes one at a time so she could tell me which ones were still active. The first lady I spoke to today put me on hold so she could talk to the technical team but then I was cut off after about 10mins. I called back again and the lady I just spoke to could see my £8 unspent vouchers on her system and said she would just get them resent to me with the next mailing.

I pointed out that if she did that I would only be able to use them at 3x the value and I wanted to use them online before 6th December, along with the £25 I'm getting from November mailing. She got a bit stroppy with me then and told me if I was that desperate to check again on Thursday when any issues should be resolved.

DH's account is still fine, just mine that has gone a bit loopy - please tell me I'm not the only one!

Also, does anyone know when the latest vouchers will show online? Haven't got ours yet but thought I might be able to see DH's online at least.
