Sooo Frustrating.... I cant get into my account keeps telling me
The details you have entered do not match those on our system.!!!!

Ive never brought with clubcard vouchers before ive always just used them back in store, if i want something on goldsmiths, do you have to use the vouchers in store or can it be online??? can anyone help? thanks

Its all on the tesco website.
You got to Tesco, then Goldsmiths , type in how much you want in vouchers and they come in the post. You then got to Goldsmiths & buy BLING!!!

I have the same problem with 2 clubcard accounts I opened for my sons. I phoned but they told me I have to get them to ring themselves to sort it out.

I think it may be to do with the names. I'm only guessing but I only registered their christian names with an initial but it seems they want a full name. Hope you all get sorted.
