Not going to make any specific suggestions, but do you know that if you swap them for vouchers where you pay towards something (i.e. not pay-in-full) then you can use the vouchers for any of the participating deals (other than pay-in-full). I.e. you can order Pizza Express vouchers and use them at Bella Italia, or a wildlife park.

And did you also know that the value of this is going down soon. Currently you get 4x the value. Soon you'll get 3x the value.
So I suggest you swap the vouchers now and then decide what you want to do with them...

Has anyone else had this problem?

I logged on this morning account showing as 500 points, checked just now and it shows 0. I havn't returned anything so puzzled as to why this is.

I really like this new Clubcard facility, so much more helpful than the last.

I have been looking since yesterday, I cant bring up my summary and i cant see a points total a t the bottom of the deatil page either.

All it says at the bottom of my page is : Missing points click here, then it takes me to a massive FAQ page.

I decided on some Legoland tickets as DS has been desperate to go for ages.

Do the tokens usually come quite quickly? Legoland is only open next weekend or we'll have to wait til March!

It varies. I ordered some two weeks ago and they arrived 5 days later. However, my DIL ordered some a few weeks ago and they took two weeks to arrive.

mines is the same i had 250 points earlier now showing 0-00 . maybe just a problem with new website ..

Mine was showing 306 points up till this morning, now it's also showing 0. I think it's probably just a technical thing, all the other pages are still fine.
