    Still haven't managed to track down the clubcard which has the credit card points on it. But under my details are 4 cards and my husband has 2. I guess that have been created during online orders somehow.

    Has everyone else managed to get all their credit card accounts. When I put in the credit card clubcard number from the card it says it can't recognise the details.

    I'm getting this, then when i put my details in it says 'The details you have entered do not match those on our system.' do not sure what to do next!

    I got this - I had mis-typed my name :embarasse

    I found I had £2 - I thought I had I lot more :eek:

    All the vouchers are the process of being mailed out so the points on your account will drop dramatically. You should get your vouchers within the next couple of weeks :)

  • Thank you , I was sure I'd used all my vouchers but apparently not as I had £47.50 in unused vouchers sitting in my clubcard account !!! :j:j

    I am confused lol

    I have loads and loads of clubcard vouchers (some from 2009) I physically have these in my hands and they are unspent, yet I can only view the last two mailings worth of points online i.e November and August 2010. I phoned to query this and said some people can see all of their outstanding vouchers and the lady on the phone said she had not heard that that was possible!!

    Underneath the 'points' button it says 'your vouchers' .. that where you will find your list of vouchers....
    Tesco need to update their staff about their own website..

    Thanks very much OP, just found out I have £7 in vouchers from last year :T, that's a Zoo visit for next year :D

    I have just been looking at the new tool and am able to check my 'details' of points for the November issue but am not able to bring up the 'summary', but if I go to the bottom of the detail page it gives me a total which I would guess is what I will be receiving in vouchers!

    I also noticed this:
    The final date for collecting any points is 27/11/10 for the December statement

    I guess they are doing the Christmas bonus statement again this year!

    I really like this new Clubcard facility, so much more helpful than the last.
