Worked for me!! I was able to print a £5.00 voucher that I hadn't used. Just in time, printed 23/11/11, expiry date 30/11/11. I always cash all my vouchers just before Christmas. It looks as though this one was handed to the checkout assistant with all the rest, but never got entered. Warning: - Make a note of the total value of your clubcard vouchers before you cash them at the checkout!!0

£20 I didn't know was there. Good stuff.0

I can't get on to see if I have any or not
It asks me for my details (clubcard number etc) and says they don't match what they have on record! Best Wins:

So when they are 'open' give Clubcard a call, when you are by your PC, and they can talk you through it.
It could be anything from a completely different address - my be an old CC attached to your email, to not having a first name (initial won't work, or even a 'full stop' - one says St. and anther St (or even Saint).I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
This just worked a treat for me, I always forget to use the vouchers when I get them through the post and I never realised they were still valid for so long afterwards on their website..... I've just cash in £520.00 worth that I never knew I had!!!!!!!!
