    You can't get one if you claimed the larger multisocket version last yr. There is a record of all your claims so if you did it last year you wont get one.

    first application and never got anything,I suspect most people are the same since it was only people on benefits tha could claim before.

    why have some people got theirs and others not when they equally qualify
