I applied a couple of times originally, a couple of times via the new thread, and emailed twice and still have nothing - not even a reply to the emails.
They must have a nice collection of emails and address now to sell0 -

You can't get one if you claimed the larger multisocket version last yr. There is a record of all your claims so if you did it last year you wont get one.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740
