I can not veiw i web page

Hi i have never done this before and need help, i had spywear on my computer which dell helped me delete. however, since doing this i can not log on to purchase wolves tickets, i thought i may be because it a secure sight however i can log on to all other sights no problem like cahoot, t mobile. i have called the wolves ticket office they say there website is working. however i can get on to the wolves website and veiw various stuff, but every time i look at buying tickets it says the page can not be displayed, can anyone tell me how to resolve this thanks.

try clearing the cache (ctrl + F5)
else, try downloading a different web browser... IE7, FireFox, Netscaspe, Opera, etc0
