I'm a appalled by the actions the receptionist made over the telephone, I phoned not long ago and a woman explained to me that my delivery was in the warehouse ready to be delivered. As that being said a waited another week and was told the same. Once I complained, the telephonist had told me I had misunderstood her and that my order was still in the warehouse waiting to be dispatched which I had been told this many times before. my delivery was supposed to arrive within a week, however I have been waiting for up to 4 weeks. The telephonist was extremely rude towards me and told me she was going to put the phone down on me after I had put my trust and money into their organisation to deliver my goods. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

I dealt with Healthy Living Direct once and have been plagued by catalogues ever since.

Judging by the time goods take to arrive, I'm sure they don't have a warehouse, and buy in the goods from a supplier when they receive your order.

Avoid!!! No communication no idea of timeline and had to go through PayPal in order to get refund. No replies to emails

They also advertise money prizes, which you are eligible for if you submit an order. A sure sign of a rather dodgy outfit.
