Their feedback shows they must be providing a great service at a great price - and hey, we're here to save money.
I asked another agent about price matching this deal and whether they had plans to have this sort of contract in the future...the response was......I can assure you the company who is charging that amount is not paying the carrier to do the work. It is becoming a trend which the big carriers are cracking down on. It used to be so easy to open an account with Parcelforce, disregard the rate and charge competitively on ebay and never pay the carriers bill. After 10 weeks, the ebayer/reseller gets their account stopped as no payments have been made but in that time they have probably gathered £80k plus.
This has caused me great problems as my carriers want substantial deposits to do business.
Now, in the short term this does not effect the end user (you) as you still got your parcel collected and delivered, however, it is putting a strain on the legitimate businesses like myself and if you are a customer who books your collection the day before the resellers account is closed, you will lose your parcel as the carriers are not legally obliged to deliver it.
 I guess DHL have made sure a deposit is in place with them and the remaining amounts to follow soon.
