Its not weird. Its a scam.

Of course you can be presented as the beneficary; after you have handed over your bank details and paid the admin/collection fee. Etc.

Its a very, very well known scam. Mainly via email but sending a letter is relatively new. Are you on a suckers list possibly?
  • Well its a bit more original than the Nigerian Lottery!

  • Ah the good ol' 411 scam!

Maybe this guy has hit the big time... scammed someone bought details from a company and is going for the more personal approach?!

One for the shredder. It's not difficult to get most peoples details. Just to add there's plenty of free software that enable you to reduce an image size to a more reasonable size so you dont have to scroll across the screen to reads it all.

    I'm with Cyberbob on this.

Why do we need such a large image?

Hmm. You really knew it was a scam all along. And you blanked out the name of the 'late client', to protect his 'identity'?

Ask your why would someone high-ranked in an organisation be using a plain yahoo email address?

It's like those unclaimed prize register letters, one to fill in folder F, for fire.
  • I bet it has been send by a Nigerian General

I think the OP knew it was a scam but still though "just maybe....."

No wonder we keep getting these things.
