  • Hi all, I haven't been here for a while, hope you don't mind me dropping in as just done this month's meal plan.

    Nottobadyet thank you, your pasta with aubergine sauce recipe is now in my recipe file

    Monday - fish fingers, chips/smiley faces
    Tuesday - lamb tagine and rice
    Wednesday - choice of sausages, burgers, spicy chicken breasts (clearing out freezer odds and ends)
    Thursday - freezer surprise and chips (unlabelled box in the freezer)
    Friday - roast with dauphinoise potatoes and red cabbage
    Saturday - out
    Sunday - prawn skewers

    Hmm, yes. Slight change of plan, not very like me but there you go...

    Saturday - L: HM roasted pepper soup (been playing with my new hand blender, managed only minimal sprayage :D). D: [STRIKE]sausage, egg, chips and beans.
    [/STRIKE] I am having a mighty need for chippy pie and chips :o
    Sunday - L: scrambled egg on toast (probably involving beans now) D: [STRIKE]pie, mash, broccoli and carrot with gravy.[/STRIKE] going to cook up some mince and have with chips, broccoli and carrot.

    Might swap over Sunday's lunch and dinner too.
