Can't see the thread for this coming week so thought I would start with some ideas.

Fri - out for lunch/ mushroom stroganoff
Sat - out for lunch, courgette and smoked salmon pasta
Sun - Roast chicken with vegetables, Chicken with tarragon cream, rice and veg OR scrambled eggs and smoked salmon (ended up just havingsmoked salmon candwhiches)
Mon - Chili con carne, chicken pancakes and veg ( after that will make soup from last bits of chicken) Replanning - will be tarragon cream sauce and chicken
Tues - Spanish omlette , steak and salad
Wed - Tuna and sweetcorn pasta, cold meats and salad
Thurs - Tuna and sweetcorn roll, sausage casserole
Fri - peppers and olives pasta, beans on toast ( braindead but may change)

been a bit lucky as parents were visiting so have left some bits in the fridge and freezer hence cold meats and steak. Blue indicates that meal has been made and frozen in batches. Planing to make some chicken soup and also butternut squash soup. Have some strawberries to use so may make coulis and freeze it.

Majjak - fajitas sound good - quite tempted to change from pancakes.

Chicken pancakes are a good idea - might try those next time I have some chicken to use up.

    Ours is as follows:

Day 1 - fish with vegetable rice

Day 2 - Veggie bolognese with pasta

Day 3 - Beef and onion pie, mash and veg

Day 4 - Roast Pork, roast potatoes, yorkie pud and veg

Day 5 - hm burger, hm chunky chips, beans and veggie sticks

Day 6 - Veggie chilli with potato wedges

    Day 7 - Vegetable risotto

We've been given a big bag of potatoes, hence this week it's potato heavy! :D
