How long do O2 take to get unlock codes?

I took over a month for my Blackberry 8100. They forgot!! however to be fair when i emailed asking where it was they sent it within 24hrs.0

I used the PAC code (I'm sure thats what your reffering to) to move to the Orange Network, 1 year on I have now changed my Orange phone back to O2
Took approx 5 days, and they tried to persuade me to stick with O2 previously and offered me £10 credit, if I was to get the phone unlocked to all networks meaning I'd stay with there network
