Maybe, but we are only here for two weeks. We live in Spain.
Anyway, we are friendly with our neighbours and they do our garden. I was just wondering why no interest. IMHO it is overpriced.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

The £125,000 one is at the end of the same terrace; although bigger, the garden is smaller and it is nowhere near as nice.
