  • woohoo, way to get down with your bad self! :j

i think if you're buying one pair of shoes (which you deserve to congratulate yourself on a debt well busted) you shouldn't buy a 'small pair' from tk maxx or anywhere. if they are small they'll hurt your feet. don't buy big either they'll only fall off. buy a pair the right size. in reality it's also the most dfw pair to buy. :rotfl:
  • Well done Minnie! That's a fantastic achievement and you should be very proud. Can't wait to be in the same boat!

Woohoo :T Well done Minnie :j
I plan on doing the same by xmas as they are one of the most unhelpful bunch of (insert word of choice here) going :D
  • Oooh, sorry to hear you're finding them unhelpful, D&DD. They've been really good with me. I guess it's a question of the luck of the draw in who you get on the phone.

lynsayjane - I took your advice to heart in the Great Shoe Shopping Attempt. Didn't see any I liked :j!

But I did have a shufty around Primark and came away with:

    1 handbag
    2 bracelets
    1 necklace
    1 tunic style dress
    1 blouse
    1 belt

    for £28.50!

A bargain, I know, but it still feels like a fortune! Still, at least I'll look moderately glam for a bit.
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?

Well done for paying it off :)

I used to have a Barclaycard and pay it off each month but I got scammed by a phone insurance company and Barclaycard refunded me and then took the money back again! I complained like mad, got my money back and then cancelled the card and cut it up lol.
