  • I'll do the letters like i said tomorrow after work.. ill come online and look for templated etc etc and get them sent off and what to send.. one small question.. will they accept what i say in the letters about freezing the interest etc? Over live chat and on the phone whenever i have spoken it aint sounded too good.

    It is up to them whether they freeze interest. Probably unlikely in the short term, but if you don't ask, you don't get.

    I am also waiting to receive my pack in the post from CCCS, the woman i spoke to on chat was very helpful and i filled out the form etc.. i look forward to receiving the pack :)

    As Northern Las says, are you sure your SoA is accurate? Do you really have £215/month spare?

    And I may have missed it, is the interest on your loans now stopped?

    You need to be very careful. Because of your low income, mainstream providers will not touch you and you are left with the Payday sharks. Is it possible to increase your income.

    Something which may be an option is to look for a Credit Union in your area. You would need to save with them for a few months, but they could then give you a certain amount of credit which could be enough to help you start paying off the Payday loans.
