Paul-thank you for your helpful advice. I wasn't aware of the difference between ofcom and otelo. At least I know where I'm aiming for now! Also thank you for pointing out that there are different procedures for TT/Tiscali problems - again no TT person has told me that before either.:beer:0

I finally have a resolution to the problem!:D
I spoke to a very nice woman in the CEOs office yesterday and she apologised for the terrible service I had received and agreed that it should have been sorted out quicker. She was ringing in response to the email I had sent via the email address TT had provided for Watchdog - so anyone out there still waiting for contact there is hope - I sent my email on 12th Oct.
She is going to give me a full refund for the 17 months I have been overcharged for, compensation of £50 and they are going to cancel my final bill - about £10 (I have just changed over to Sky because of all these problems).:beer:
Just got to wait for the cheque that will take up to 28 days(?). Fingers crossed they can managed to print a cheque without any problems!;)
It's taken 4 and a half months but I thought I'd let people know there is light at the end of the tunnel if they are on the TT merry-go-round!0 -

That is the power of Watchdog!! But I note that it has taken TT six weeks to respond after you wrote to the email address. I wonder how many other complaints they received via that route?0 -
