Car Hire

I hope someone will be able to help me.
The car hire company SIXT have charged me twice for 1 day van hire. In April 2010, I hired a van via a third party, and was charged approximately £44.00 for the van hire and I paid that third party in full.
When I went to get the van, SIXT then advised me that I had to pay them a different higher amount. I produced my receipt that stated I had paid the amount in full. SIXT reluctantly agreed after seeking advice from their higher authority.
2 months later in June I received an invoice from SIXT stating that I owned £93.86 and this would be taken from my account on the debit card that I produced to SIXT in the event of an accident. When I checked my bank, the amount had been taken 2 days prior to me receiving the invoice.
I have raised a dispute with SIXT, and it is now 2 months further down the line and they are not responding very quickly to my request.
