A true story..........

I've got a mate who decided to sell his home in Ealing London.
Now this place would not be my cup of tea. It looked like a nice house but had actually been converted into 2 flats.
Anyway it went up for a massive £295,000.
To be honest it would have been around the £150,000 mark where I live.saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.
We're 29% of the way there...0 -
This is a true story....
Round my way properties are selling for £10 each - thats right £10. I have got a mate that has just signed the papers on a flat for £10 actually it is a house that was two flats and he bought both. So effectively £5 per flat.
Obviously I cannot tell you where it is or anything else about it, due to confidentiality issues.
So how do you all explain that?0 -
