1st Class Trucking

Has anyone had any dealings with a company called 1st Class Trucking, in Enfield? I booked 12 hours worth of lessons and a B+E Trailer Towing Test with them and received terrible service. The lessons are held in Macro's car park with vehicles that are not fit for the road and they have terrible customer services. I have had 4 lessons and I would say only 1 of these lessons I have received the service I have paid for. Does anybody have any advice or had a similar problem with another company? And know where I stand legally with either getting a refund or more lessons so I will actually pass my test?

One of those reviews is me and there is another website with about 11 bad reviews on them. Just wished I had looked them up before paying out to them. But I was recommended to use them but in the past 2 years they have changed hands and obviously gone downhill!! Thanks for having a look anyway.0

Yeah, it's a bit of a tough one.
Can't comment on this as my normal driving instructor came very highly recommended.
As for a refund and where you stand legally, hopefully one of the legal eagles on the forum can help out.
On another note, if you do get help and your problem fixed, it's worth googling to see if there's any other places with reviews, or ask on forums dedicated to this type of training.:exclamatiTo the internet.. I need to complain about something!0 -
Totally off topic but the title reminded me of the Not the nine o clock news song. I like trucking and I like to truck

My husband used them for his Class 1 and they were fine, but that was a while back, about 4 years ago. Have a look at this website geared at truckers, its very informative, ask them on that site they may well have a solution to your problem and will advise you on the best course of action

Thanks I will have a look at that website.
Yes, 1st Class Trucking has apparently deteriorated in the last 2 years, as it was sold to someone else.0 -
There are loads of reviews on this company, most of them very poor. Just google "1st calss trucking reviews" and see for yourself, hereis one list http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews166727.html0
