1st class trucking refund

I was wondering if anyone could help me. A while ago i was searching for training to become a lorry driver. so i looked through a few websites and ended up getting a call from 1st class trucking. It was the cheapest i could find at the time and the rep was answering all my questions ok. i was 20 at the time and since i have found out the dont train anyone under 21. i asked numerous times and the rep said yes you can be trained. thats no the end, he went on to say they could offer 0% FINANCE if i placed a deposit of £100 and could pay back after the training. i ummed and arrred about it for a few days then got another call. I made the deposit and was told details would be sent through to me. within a few weeks. i waited and waited and eventually called them back to be told no i dont have finance and i have to clear the balance before i can train.
I know i wouldnt have deposited the money if i knew that as i had just lost my job and thought it was a quick way back into work and would have no way to pay any balance. Do i have a leg to stand on on getting my money back

It would depend on the contract. It may be a non-returnable deposit.
