    Aberdeen appears to be down 1.5% at the moment, and Aberdeenshire down a whopping 9.7%.

    The price of property in Aberdeen is as important to me as..........

    Mmmm, I can`t think of anything so unimportant. Yet McLavish keeps droning on (probably to the sound of droning bagpipes) how prices are doing in his locality. Could this be a case of OCD ? Month after month, studying the ups (and downs) of property prices in his area. :shhh:, most of us aren`t interested.
