Well I 've just emailed them and asked if my order is coming the time of ordering was 22:48 on the 25th and I've been told it has been cancelled. I didn't pay for anything and was just using the £20 voucher. Seems a tad unfair that some have been dispached and not others. Oh well not to worry it was worth a try. Thank you again OP for posting.

Mine is 60% despatched - on it's way to the UK!! I think you have to be fairly quick when things like this come on here, I know I've missed out on several occasions but this time it would appear I have been very lucky thanks to the OP.

I ordered on the 25th.

Well I was one of the first to order when the offer was posted online and I haven't received a despach email either. Admittedly I placed several orders BUT I spent well over £20 each time so none of my orders were free. I will be disappointed if I don't even get ONE of the orders especially as they were not free and I was spending quite a lot of money with them in total.

Just thought I would add they have taken money from my paypal account but I've still had no despach emails.

Mine is 60% dispatched too - i emailed them direct as I never got a dispatch email and it's on it's way I ordered mine on 26th

Just received an email from them and it's saying my order will be coming after all which is brilliant :j

I emailed them yesterday asking about my order told them i ordered around the same time as my friends but all my friends had received dispatch emails and tracking numbers and i had not. they replied this morning saying they had sent my order and i should have had a dispatch email with tracking number and to check in my spam folder they did tell me the tracking number . i checked spam but i did not get any email apart from the order confirmation. I just tracked it and is showing at 60%.

i emailed
and just got this

The discount will be applied if you reach the minimum order value and order before 29.08.2010
The order value has to be 36,00 GBP.

If you order value is below 36 GBP you will not be able to complete check out.
(16,00 GBP minimum order value plus the value of the voucher 20,00 GBP)

Well i placed multiple orders and ended up emailing them and receiving this reply:
Dear customer
Thank your for your eMail. Please accept our apologies for the late reply.


We kindly ask you to notice the terms and conditions, which was stated in the eMail:
The voucher can be redeemed on the first order of a new customer.
The order number 12047670 was sent to you, all other orders placed were cancelled automatically.


They have also given me a DHL tracking number.
I ordered past 11pm on the first night and until now had heard nothing, but just to give some hope to those that have heard nothing.
