I'd read the thread, tried different browsers, inputted it manually and none of it worked. I was aware there needed to be a minimum spend when I ordered too, but it made no difference.

The only thing that worked was clearing my cookies/cache for some reason.

When that happened to me it was because I cut and pasted the code and I had accidentally copied a blank space at the end. Check there isn't a blank space before or after the code.

Oops sorry - just noticed that clearing your cookies fixed it. Oh well, it might help someone else...

I had confirmation order but no dispatch order . Never mind- thought it might be too good to be true!
Even though I love to find freebies and bargains (had ordered a christmas pressie!) I do feel sorry for these companies- I get a guilty feeling cus I know I am taking advantage of them! Its OK if they are a large company who can afford to take the strain of mutliple free orders, but to the smaller companies it really does make a difference to their profit margins.
Having said that- I am always on here trawling for goodies!!!:D
