Finally had a response about my mum's order. She placed it on the first night, at about 8.30 / 9pm. They have responded saying that as the min order value of £36 was not met, they have cancelled the order! How do they explain sending some and cancelling others?! She only placed 1 order (I missed out completely!) and it was within a couple of hours of this post. Seems very unfair to me.... reading through this thread the minimum order wasnt increased to £36 until the day after... ah well!

Hi thank you for reminding me about this i placed 2 orders at diffrent addresses and only received 1 I sent them an email yesterday and they replied that the order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock and they gave me a code for £20.00 to use no min spend.
