I'm so pleased that people are getting their free orders. However, I'm slightly concerened that I have receieved my free order but none of the orders that I paid for (and that they have taken the money for). I hope they are going to honour them...
Do you think they can charge us for these 'free' orders if it was a mistake on their website?0 -
Just received the order I paid something towards. I am *REALLY* pleased! Designer hat and Ben Sherman pen - both things I'd wanted but couldn't afford. I presume the free order I placed for my mum will arrive shortly too. Thanks again OP!0

Hi Lemony.
Legally they cannot take additional money from you. They would have to invoice you for it first.
Was your free order the first one you placed? It seems as if they are honouring the first order and not later ones. I've not heard anything about the other cheeky orders I put in for free! If so, they should be refunding you shortly, but I would email them to check.
Hope that helps.0 -
