Nokia 5800 - Repair Question

Hi All,

I've got a major problem with my phone that I hope to get fixed.... I can request a repair online but I don't know what happens if they decide it's not in warranty.... I dont want to end up forced to pay a high repair fee.

Yeah thats an idea.... but I was told previously that all they'll do is send the phone off whereas the online request sends a courier out next day and usually have the phone back in a week.

The fault is a cracked screen and I'm worried that they will claim it as misuse and refuse to do it FOC.

You might as well check out how much it will cost to get repaired locally - the warranty won't cover this.

Depends if its the outer or inner lcd, have a look on ebay for price of replacements and on utube for how to replace it.
