Phoned sky up to upgrade from sky+ to skyHD. @ 11.45am when I first phoned up the young girl said yes it's free to upgrade with no technician needed and it's FREE delivery. I agreed, she passed me over to collections for no reason at all, he sent me back to some other person so I had to do the process again I was on my mobile and this was going for 30 mins, and I asked if he'd phone me back. I waited for 45ins and he never called me back. So I rang sky back and explained what had gone on. She said she'd do it for me. Then she said it'll be 15 quid for delivery!!! I said no way, she said that offer ran out that morning!! She said we'll have to go into the recording with the first and second sky rep to determine what they'll do. Can't help but feel they'll side with her than me!
