Does anyone have an induction hob

Blimey, you must have some time on your hands to drag up a 2½ year old thread:D
And there was me thinking Soba had done the sensible thing and done a search first.
Soba - I'm having a new kitchen (renovating a house) and thought about an induction hob but in the end went for a gas on glass one. The only thing that put me off induction (and I don't know anyone who has one so this is all in my head) is that if something goes wrong with it the cost of a repair is likely to be a lot more than a repair to a gas hob. I've had gas for 40 years and never had to have any repairs to a hob or cooker top but have heard of people whose electric elements/rings have failed.0
