Hi all

My friend is a French Student who has just moved over here. At the moment she has no Banc Acc set up or cards etc. She wants to buy a Blackberry. She asks...

"Where can I buy a Blackberry that has BBM on"

Any suggestions?

Or.... If it's cheaper/better to buy online, maybe I could buy with my Credit Card, so where is the best deal for online purchases too?

    i think all newer BBs are shipping with BBM already installed, if not, its free from the BB appstore

    All Blackberrys have BBM. You do need to have the Blackberry plan for it to work, BBM can be upgraded through their App store. You can buy a Blackberry from any of the service providers depends how much you want to spend, and what model phone you want. I've just upgraded to a Bold 9700, bought it from O2 and using it with Simplicity rolling monthly contract.

    OP are you talking about contract or PAYG? If your friend has no UK bank account or debit/credit card then she's not going to get a contract phone.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
