Hi All,
Tinksy – Yes it is really good to see it coming together.
Mozzyc – I feel like that every month too … I think for all of us trying we are stuck in this vicious circle.
Loopylaura – Everywhere we turn we see unwanted pregnancies it seems so unfair we are all here waiting patiently (well maybe not patiently!) I hope we all become mummies soon!
QQ – She only did the one … she was due to do the second when mother nature took her place!

Happy Easter everyone!
What a gorgeous day it is hereI haven't been on for a week or so, so I'm completely out of touch with not very much hope of catching up!
I've been spending my non MSE time productively though - decorating like a demon so we can sell the house asap. I even made a fully functional Roman blind for the bathroom, which I am VERY chuffed about. Only another 8 to go! (We have a LOT of massive windows in this house)
I feel rotten today though - I had a really sore throat/cough/sneezes come on all of a sudden yesterday. Typical - just in time for the nice weather!
We are 8 dpo today, but I reckon we are out of the game. We have had some terrible news - one of OH's colleagues has been diagnosed with really aggressive cancer, she is only 39. As if that wasn't bad enough - they have been TTC'ing for 8 years and they just found out that she was 3 weeks pregnant, but they won't be able to carry on with the pregnancy as she has to have emergency chemotherapy.
She also won't be ever be able to have her own after the chemo.
It's such a tragedy. OH is very close to her as they have been working together for years, and I don't know what to say to help him.
Sorry for bringing the mood down everyone - hope you all have happy news

I don't have any hpt's so can't test. Do u get twinges in early pg? I really can't remember!
Can't help you with your questions I'm afraid, never been pg... yetWe are approaching last week of April with just 4 BFPs
How are you Kimmy, Maire, Smash, Tinksy, BB1984, kelly, Bigzippy, Gizmogiz, MrsVicx, NYNS, Loopy, Derby & Fellpony?I've no idea if I've actually ovulated - OPKs all negative and temps all over the shop, and SS seems to be a waste of time here too (it currently feels like I have a broken toe, but I think it's actually just a rogue nerve ending going mental  so I've got next to no faith in what my body tells me it feels any more!)...so who knows. Am I right in thinking that a pg lady would get +ive OPKs too?
Hello again, I was going to test on wednesday but I decided I couldn't wait and decided to test first thing this morning.
I got a positive :jI am in total shock! So it looks like the period type pains must have been implantation pains (i did get them in my last pregnancy too but it didn't click in my head this time around).
Hubby is over the moon (shocked like me)-we've just realised he/she will be due around xmas though i think!
I hope everyone else gets their positives soon too

I suppose she couldn't freeze some of her eggs?Alwaysthebusybee wrote: »QQ – She only did the one … she was due to do the second when mother nature took her place!
We are probably going to leave next IVF until July/Aug, so there's a chance in the meantime - if this one fails:cool:0
